Deathloop is Arkane Studios' latest game full of characters, story and gameplay fans adore, but which of its games is the best in the eyes of critics?

Arkane Studios has been releasing complex and entertaining games for years. But is it Arkane's best game yet in the eyes of critics?

Using an average of Metacritic and Internet Games Database scores, lets take a look back at the library of games Arkane has worked on or co-developed. Note that the studio's mobile game KarmaStar is excluded due to a lack of reviews.

9. Wolfenstein: Cyberpilot - 53.5/100

While Deathloop was well-received, it is still bested by the original Dishonored. This game represents everything gamers love about Arkane's games, from level design to story and gameplay. It tells the story of Corvo Attano, who is framed for a murder he didn't commit and is forced to become an assassin to clear his name, get revenge and protect the Empress of the Isles. The game's stealth mechanics and non-linear levels allow players to tackle their goals however they see fit, making the gameplay even more rewarding. Dishonored is a great example of how much fun first-person stealth can be. Combined with a powerful, emotionally-driven story, Dishonored has earned a reputation as one of the best games of its generation -- and Arkane's most critically-acclaimed game yet.
