Throughout Harry Potter, Harry, Ron, and Hermione broke many Hogwarts rules. The Golden Trio defied orders to save the Wizarding World from Voldemort.

One of the most iconic trios in modern pop culture, Harry, Ron, and Hermione took Harry Potter fans on a journey full of magic, action, and friendship. The three friends were as different as they could be, yet they complemented each other perfectly to become the heart, soul, and brain of the Wizarding World.

Throughout the series, the Golden Trio also had to defy many of Hogwarts' rules to save themselves and others from Voldemort. From sneaking out of the castle to doing some detective work at night, the Golden Trio proved that rules were meant to be broken.

During his start-of-term speech in Philosopher's Stone, Dumbledore explicitly forbid all students from approaching the third-floor corridor lest they die a very painful death. The Golden Trio and Neville eventually stumbled into this side of the castle while escaping from Filch and saw Fluffy, an enormous three-headed dog guarding something under a trap door.

After figuring out that Fluffy was protecting the Philosopher's Stone, Harry, Ron, and Hermione once again defied Dumbledore's orders. They went down the trap door in search of whoever was planning on stealing it.
